And now your video! Have fun!
Detailed instructions Part 1 - Paper Trick:
The trick of tearing paper in a straight line is to flatten the line that you are going to tear.
Use your nails (does not need to be long) to press hard down the folded line and repeat the process on the other side.
Detailed instructions Part 2 - Butterfly origami
1. Fold the square piece of paper from corner to corner to make an X shape on the paper.
2. Fold the piece in half to make a triangle and pinch the fold near the middle and push it inwards. Now you have a triangle with 4 flaps a.k.a water bomb base.
3. Fold down 2 of the flaps on one side to the middle.
4. Turn the piece over and fold about 2/3 of the piece with the pointy end upwards.
5. Pull both of the flaps down and flatten the side sections that pops up.
6. Fold the pointy ends twice to make the head of the butterfly.
7. Fold the piece in half, with the head and flap side, facing outwards.
8. Fold the wings downwards.
Voila! You have a butterfly! ;)
